I am a first time home buyer and was in need of a quick purchase due to my relocation here recently. I am so glad I contacted Commonwealth Home Inspections and feel that Kenny was the perfect Inspector. He was very patient with my many questions and need for in depth information. (I am an Engineer) Kenny gave me tips and pointers as to maintenance needs and repair needs and let me know which were most important and what could stay as is until I was ready to have them repaired. I can honestly say Kenny took great pride in his thoroughness and attention to detail and I am so glad he did, I was able to get several thousand dollars off the purchase price and a new furnace. Money well spent, Kenny is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for I always say.
