I’m very pleased I stumbled across Kenny with Commonwealth Home Inspections, my scheduled inspector did  not show and Kenny squeezed me into his busy schedule and within a week I was getting the education of my life. I must admit, I am quite disturbed with the unprofessional attitude the Real Estate Agents on both Sides exhibited towards Kenny, it was quite unnecessary and made for a stressful start to the process, however once I met Kenny I was so impressed with his services it made me suspicious of the Real Estate industry as a whole and Kenny confirmed what I had already thought saying he had troubles with most agents and they try to prevent him from getting business. This is an illegal and dishonest practice in my opinion and I cannot stress enough that if you are looking for someone who will be extremely detailed and thorough working on your behalf you need Kenny on your side. He took high quality pictures of all the issues (over 100) and explained which ones were maintenance, minor, major etc and gave me a good idea of costs to repair, replace and correct issues. Afterwards I hired several people to evaluate what Kenny advised and every contractor stated the same thing when they saw the report and said they had never seen an inspection as thorough. I am a lifelong customer now and will refer Kenny to all of my friends, family and anyone who ask about home inspections. My advise to you if you have a Real Estate Agent trying to steer you away from Commonwealth Home Inspections is to fire them.
